GMT sheet (glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene sheet) is a thermoformable composite material made of glass fibers and polypropylene, classified as a new type of automotive reinforcement material. The surface of GMT sheet can be coated with various finishes according to specific requirements, such as adhesive films, nonwoven fabrics, decorative materials, rigid polypropylene films, reinforcing layers, or left uncoated.

Processing Method: Molding Processing
Composite fabrics, films, and the like during the forming process
1) Place the heating plate and the fabric/film into the mold.
2) Close the mold and maintain low pressure during the cooling phase after the mold has stopped.
3) Laser cutting, waterjet cutting, or stamping for precision finishing.
Heating temperature: 200℃-230℃
Mold cooling time: 40s-60s
Weight range: Can be customized as needed.
Thickness range: Can be customized as needed.
Size range: Width: ≤2400 mm; Length: ≤1800 mm
Scope of Application: Underbody skid plate, roof liner, left and right side panels, rear bulkhead, interior coat rack, seat back panel, etc.
Applications:
Door panels, left and right side trim panels, coat hooks, seat back panels, and other ceiling components.
