Processing method: Molding
During the compression molding process, composite fabrics, films, and other materials are used.
1) Place the heated sheet and the fabric/film into the mold.
2) Mold closing: After the mold stops, maintain low pressure during the cooling process.
3) Completed using laser cutting, waterjet cutting, or stamping processes.
Heating temperature: 200°C–230°C
Molding cooling time: 40 seconds–60 seconds
Weight range: 600 g/m² or more
Thickness range: 2 mm or more
Size range: Width: ≤2400 mm; Length: customizable as needed
Applications:
Automotive underbody shields, roof interior linings, left and right side panels, rear bulkheads, car hangers, seat back panels, and more.
