Processing Method: Forming
Composite fabrics/films, etc., are used during compression molding
1) The heated board and fabric/film are placed into the mold.
2) The mold is closed; after the mold stops, low pressure is maintained during the cooling process.
3) Finished by laser cutting, waterjet cutting, or stamping.
Heating Temperature: 200°C–230°C
Molding Cooling Time: 40 s–60 s
Weight Range: 800 g/m²–2200 g/m²
Thickness Range: 2.5 mm–6 mm
Dimension Range: Width: ≤2400 mm; Length: Customizable as needed
Applications:
Automotive underbody panels, headliner liners, left and right side panels, rear bulkheads, automotive coat hangers, seat back panels, etc.
